The clients were private equity firms and medium-sized enterprises from a wide variety of industries and sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Through various projects, I have been able to build up a very deep understanding of SMEs, their respective diverse business models and strategies, as well as their specific requirements and challenges in transformational processes. I am now bringing this, in combination with my many years of project management experience, into our client projects.
