At mesakumo, we celebrate new orders by ringing our order bell. This week was rung in by Lisa Wittmann<\/a>, our expert on change management.<\/p>\n

We look forward to supporting the implementation of the digital strategy at our clients through both effective and efficient change management. In our view, the involvement of employees is a key success factor for a successful implementation.<\/p>\n

An important key element is effective and emotional communication. This is based on a high information density with a balance of intelligent messages, memorable images and appropriate formats. Furthermore, we support our clients in the planning and design of individual support and qualification measures.<\/p>\n

This is how we alleviate employees' fear of change and spark enthusiasm for new things. The aim of the change management measures is to foster a positive mindset for the company's shared future across all levels of hierarchy.
