Hannes Hönig will focus on our consultancy service in the coming months as part of his Master's thesis in Economics makerfinder look into in more detail.
In cooperation with the Institute of Business Analytics at Ulm University, the market and competitive situation of makerfinder is being analysed and the possibility of the legally compliant use of the relevant candidate data is being examined.
Additionally, Hannes uses his experience in human resources to support the People & Culture team as a working student.
