What are the internal resources of my company needed for strategy formulation?

How does the strategy development? What happens in 10 weeks?
Our proven project approach consists of three phases:
In the first two to three weeks, we are in discussions with representatives of the most important core processes in your company and work in existing documents. The aim of this Phase is to understand your business model, strategy and Digital - and IT challenges – including a first assessment of KI-fields of application for your business that is realistic and relevant.
In the main phase (approximately 6-7 weeks), we develop in three Workshops with them, the Digital - and IT goals in the next two to three years and transform them into action, Project descriptions, Budgets, and the associated implementation, organization, and communication and Change Management concepts. AI initiatives will not be considered in isolation, but in the overall roadmap for integrated, with clear priorities, dependencies, and realistic expectations.
In the last phase (about one week) will be processed the remaining open points and the overall documentation compiled, so that you can start from the first day after the end of the project implementation.
