Every week we wrap up with mesakumoFriday in the Ulm office. We take time for internal further development with feedback discussions, team retros, working sessions and knowledge transfer in order to grow as a team and a company. Alongside lunch together, from four o'clock we get together for an after-work beer to ring in the weekend.

Internship: Development of an AI knowledge management product
(m/f/d)- Would you like to play an active part in shaping the digital future? During your placement at mesakumo, you’ll be working on the development of a new software product based on the further development of our in-house knowledge management system for modern IT, best practices and standards.
Working Student: AI & Agent-based Coding in Management Consultancy
(m/f/d)- Do you want to actually build AI – not just use it? At mesakumo, as a working student, you’ll develop AI agents, automate workflows and independently bring ideas to life using Agentic coding tools. Hands-on work with a real impact, short lines of communication and direct access to senior management.

Review of your documents
We will review your application documents and assess whether your profile and professional experience to date match the requirements for our current vacancies.
Getting to know each other for the first time
In the first step, you will get to know People & Culture Manager Ann-Kathrin Häring in a short 30-minute call and learn more about the open position and mesakumo. You can also ask any questions you may have.
Second interview
If you've made a lasting impression in the initial call, we'll invite you to a second interview at our office in Ulm, where you can get to know the two founders (and the team).
Sign contract
Now that we’ve both agreed, we look forward to welcoming you back to our office to sign the contract. We’ll, of course, capture this lovely moment with our Polaroid camera.
