mesakumo is developing a BI strategy together with representatives from Bauder to elevate internal reporting to a new level. To this end, mesakumo consultants conducted interviews with Bauder's executive management, IT and controlling departments in order to understand the requirements for the target vision. The content of the BI strategy is being jointly developed in two workshops.💡
In an extensive project, we developed a bespoke BI strategy that:
✅ Manual effort reduced,
✅ creates a single source of truth,
✅ clear roles, KPIs and processes defined,
✅ and established a sustainable system architecture.
The result:
A ready-to-implement concept with a clear roadmap, a BI style guide and a training plan for sustainable success. Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG now has a clear BI strategy for using data to make better and faster decisions.
