Miro – A virtual moderation toolkit

The virtual whiteboard Miro is an ideal solution for us. Thanks to real-time collaboration, the online visual tool is perfectly suited for conducting brainstorming sessions, group work and discussions on a digital level. This allows content to be easily developed together and directly clustered into subject areas.

The benefits of the virtual whiteboard

Operating Miro is quickly explained in two to three sentences. In a workshop, this means you can dive straight into collaborative implementation. Simply activate the participants – out of listening mode and into action. The positive side effect: participants who do not dare to speak up in larger groups also get a „voice“ in Miro. Once the work is done, the finished board can be exported in seconds. That is how quickly workshop documentation is created!

For strategy development and planning, Miro provides Porter's five forces analysis or the RACI matrix, for example. The virtual whiteboard is equally suitable for process planning or product development.
