Tolles Projekt mit einer tollen Firma:
BOS AG is a young high-tech company that, with its products, is driving forward decentralised energy supply using hybrid charging technology for solar systems in rural areas in Africa, among others. BOS is on a strong growth path and is planning several digital innovations for the coming years.
Vor diesem Hintergrund haben wir das BOS Team um CEO Benjamin Seckinger und COO Fabian Weber dabei unterstützt, ein IT-Zielbild und zugehörige Umsetzungsprojekte zu erarbeiten, die das weitere Wachstum und die digitalen Innovationen von BOS bestmöglich unterstützen.
In knackigen 4 Wochen haben wir gemeinsam die Ziele der Digitalen Transformation festgelegt und über 20 spezifische Initiativen abgeleitet: Dazu gehören Themen wie die Cloud Migration einzelner Server, Innovationen im Kontext von IoT oder die tiefe Systemintegration mit Produktionspartnern.
At least as important: alongside the goals and content, we have jointly worked out the necessary organisational prerequisites and roles for BOS in order to successfully manage the rapid development of the coming years internally.
Uns hat das Projekt großen Spaß gemacht. Und auch BOS ist mit den Ergebnissen und der Zusammenarbeit offensichtlich zufrieden. Das Foto entstand beim gemeinsamen Projektabschluss. 😊
